Having dinner with jing,cai,xiu,jordon,john & dar at TOM TON .. (The Central Branch) This suppose to be an enjoyable dinner but i was FUCKING PISS!!! Having the 50% discount card so i think it's really worth while to go there for dinner. Basically,i do consider myself quite a regular customer as most of the staff do recognise me. We order quite alot of food as i think since it's 50% discount,we must well eat more & enjoy.. After enjoying the dinner,i ask for the bill & pass the 50% discount card to the waitress but i din notice that the discount card was expired as it show till 13-May-09.. The waitress came back to me & say that the discount card couldn't be used.. Din notice that the discount card was expired & therefore i told her that it's just 3 days,cun they make an exception?She say she has to ask her manager so we waited.. After a while,she came back & say that it cun be done.. I told her i'm a regular customer,cun you just make an exceptional? She say she can give me half of the chop for the expired discount card... Ok,i told her i have another card which only left 3 chop than i can get the discount.. Since i can get half the chop of the expired card than u chop for me & i can use the card.. She say she need to ask her manager again..(-_-) The FUCKING PISS moment was started by this FUCKER!! The FUCKER name ROBIN (think should be the manager) & i really think he was an ASSHOLE!!He give me a FUCKING FACE that as if i owe him million dollar & say that it cun be done!!!The cun do any exceptional case!!! He din even say sorry that we cun do that or try to explain & just walk away after that even though he know that i was VERY VERY UNHAPI & PISS!!! I myself,working in a JAPANESE FIRM for 10 years & i neo what is the japanese culture & how they works!! CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Japanese really very particular in service & very polite!! To me, it's not the $$ issue..Is this ROBIN FUCK UP attitude that PISS me off!! When they give me the bill & the discount card again,i throw it on the table & told the staff that I WILL NEVER STEP INTO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN!! The staff say sorry to me & i just walk off & all the staff say ARIGATOGOZAIMASU!! This is a normal formality for Japanese Restaurant to say that... But the FUCKER ROBIN standing at the cashier dun even bother to look at us & never even say ARIGATOGOZAIMASU!! We are the customer & do i need to see his FUCKING FACE like people owe him million dollars?? If he was manager of TOM TON, i can said that he dun even FIT to be a WAITER!!Cos he has a FUCKING ATTITUDE & HE DUN NEO WHAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I use to promote this restaurant to my friends..but now, NO WAY!!!! I will even write in to complaint to his JAPANESE BOSS that he is so UNFORTUNATE to have this kind of FUCKING ATTITUDE STAFF WHICH DUN EVEN FIT TO BE A WAITER!!! I will even write comment in all the website & inform all my local & JAPANESE friends that never visit this restaurant again!!Bcoz ther is a FUCKER NAME ROBIN which has a face that people owe him million dollars!!!
